Air fryed 2lb turkey loaf

2lb ground lean turkey
1 finely chopped 🌰
2 small cans 1 Ortega and 1 hatches green chilies
Chicken broth powder
Garlic and onion powder salt and black pepper.
Aliittle rib rub that has brown sugar
Smoked paprika Worcester and soy
1 to 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs. 45mins in the air fryer
Came out just as good as beef and pork sausage mix.

The burnt taste the best.
6 lbs of lean ground turkey...was bought the meat loaf only used 2lbs...stay tuned

4 lbs ground turkey makes about 1 1/2 lbs T sticks

If you already have the dehydrateor, the caulking guns a must, makes short work of that turkey.

I have 7 trays.....

That holds about 6lbs raw meat.
When using ground meat I like the round caulking tip the best. Fish jerky comes out excellent
