Halloween Bugs Me!
I thought that the night couldn't get any better so I decided to put our girl to bed at her normal time, 8:30, and head out to my usual spot to try my luck with the bugs. The current was ripping, the sky was mostly clear, and the night was warm.... Heaven!... The water vis was bad though so I pulled the first net early, as I am impatient and I wanted to see what was happening. I found 9 bugs two 3lb keepers and 7 shorts. I pulled all five hoops and got 6 legals! Back down they went and up came another 3 pounder! Swwweeeet! Stacked all the nets, threw back 3 other female legals, and was off the water by 11pm! I Love Halloween! |
