Off the top of my head, I would go to some Asian markets or bait shops, and snap pictures with my iPhone of the names of importers/distributors printed on the packages.
Find one that's local then contact them directly for a wholesale bulk purchase. That was too easy. What's your next question? BONUS ANSWER at no additional charge: Then spread the word that you can offer frozen squid to friends and fishermen, 10-20-50 lbs at a time, cheaper than anyone. Offer a list of fixed prices with discounts for larger volumes. Remove the name of the source from your own packaging. Use this additional income to reduce your own net COS (Cost of Squid) even further. Change your avatar name to "Mr. Squid" with a byline "Cheapest Squid in Southern California" If Mr. Squid Squid Sales doesn't work out, you will always have cheap squid available for dinner
