Anybody know where the half day boats out of Dana have been catching the skipjack?

Halfway between 14 and Laguna Canyon.
But forget about the skippys they pulled a 30# bluefin out of the bonito (yesterday pm) about half that distance again to shore.

The 14mile bank is roughly 14miles from shore between Laguna and Catalina.

Nothing out there this weekend, lots of kelp paddies though. And I think the boats are getting the skippies off Leucadia and Del Mar.

Ah bummer, thanks for the info. I'll take a closer look at the temp charts and weather on Friday but planning on taking a jaunt offshore on Saturday.
