Redondo launch

Does anyone know if the Redondo launch is supposed to be reopening this week? I remember the sign saying it would be closed December - March but don’t recall if there was a firm opening date.

Thanks

No date yet...hopefully March 1st but, it says open in March...so that could mean March 1st or March 31st.

Mid to late March

Mid to late March is when the city usually gets around to putting it back in...
I'm going to a meeting about the proposed launch ramp in King Harbor on this Wednesday night...ill check with the Harbor commission about a date and post it up if I get some info .

I really wish there was another way to launch in Redondo. It's the whole reason I've stayed off that water....

I pay the $10 at the Dana Point harbor boat launch. Cuts a half mile off the total paddle distance, and I don't have to lug the yak through the sand, to get to my car. Also big fish cleaning station right there.
