You would think that if Hobie had a defect in the hatch, they would offer the fix at no charge.

..........and Apple should give you that new I Phone X , those meanies. Not really a defect...........just an improvement in design. Surf launching a PA in the past it was just recommended to leave out the bow insert to create a better seal. Hobie always impresses me with the fact that they really listen to customers comments and concerns and act upon them to remedy any concerns.

Yes it will fit the 17. Will need to trim to fit the 12 and 17.
