Any action by king harbor

So I recently went out to catalina last saturday and now I've been itching to get out on the waters. So I was planning on taking out the kayak (since I havent in a while) to king harbor. Has anyone fished there recently? I saw some videos on youtube recently and saw people pulling out some good size bonito right outside the break walls. Any info would be nice. Thanks everyone

A few weeks ago I was out there and bonito were a nuisance from the harbor all the way to PV. They were biting the shimano coltsniper jerkbait at every cast. Also were eating sardines and small macs.

If you want to target them nearby, you can find them outside the breakwall or between the pier and the redondo jetty. My info is a few weeks old but hope it helps.

Bones love those Coltsnipers. Macs and calicos do too.

The Macks (and small 'Cudas) were in full force around MDR on Friday. They hit everything I threw including hard jerkbaits, underspins, and dropshot shad profile plastics.

You ever get a mackerel hooked on three trebles? What a pain in the ass that was.....
