WSB in Redondo
Here is a copy of a letter from Hubbs in Carlsbad... "I will have the truck/trailer ready to go ahead of time and we will plan to leave here by 8 am at the latest, which should put us there around 10 am. It looks like it is going to require 4 trips (2 trips for each tank) to get all the fish into the harbor. Will be a long day so would be good to have volunteers rotate if at all possible. Thanks! Eric" The tanks are in the SEA Lab facility on the corner of Harbor Drive and Yacht Club Way...drive in on Yacht club way and tell the guard you are going to be working at the WSB release When you enter the parking lot the SEA Lab will be on your left. We will need a lot of volunteers throughout the day since we will be doing 4 truck loads of fish I look forward to seeing a few of you there to pay back to the resource...

I will be close by at the Polly's and fishing the pier for bonito.
Jim if you remember, could you please call me. I will come over shortly after. This way I get to fish while waiting for the truck to arrive. Thanks. Last edited by Mahigeer; 08-31-2017 at 10:37 AM. |

It went well.
Apparently few days back there was a power outage and close to 3000.00 fish had died. I left before the second pool was emptied, so I don't have the exact account. If I was to guess, more than 2000.00 was released. |

Finished at about 2300 fish released in the 3 loads.
