Time For Ceviche!
Similar to a Mexican Seafood cocktail, this recipe includes Chifles, or fried plantains. My buddy, greenjeans just got back from a 9 day with a butt load of Wahoo. So I went for it. My wife claims it's the best dish I've made. I agree, it's pretty dang good. Use this recipe with any fresh catch, or get in your kayak and catch a wahoo or two. Good luck with that!! http://bit.ly/2gx5zno Like us on Facebook!! |

Thanks Yanni.
I can't wait to try it as I just happen to have fresh Wahoo too! I bought some parchment paper to try your other Wahoo suggestion. |
