I have done sheephead jaws, but the halibut skull looks prehistoric!

Nothing fancy. I just boiled the head then drilled small holes and used artificial sinew to sew them together.

I baked the head till the bones pull apart

Then put them in boiling water and scrub with a tooth brush then air dry away from flys
