Yanni's Christmas Surprise...

I'm frantically remodeling the kitchen in our new
Corona home. But my friends don't care...They keep
calling and saying, "let's go fishing!"

I broke down to do some rockfishing before this year's
season ends. Besides, I was told the weather was so
delightful...

I brought lots of frozen squid, and it worked. I got this
big ol' rockfish!!

Check out the video. https://youtu.be/dSuQxOF1iE0

Drove the NIGHTMARE HWY 15 home and cooked
sea bass on BBQ with lemon and olive oil.

By the way, FishermansBelly.com is getting a new kitchen.
I'm just waiting for cabinets and the counter tops.

Hope you all have a Happy Holiday!

That is awesome Yanni. I think that you were rewarded with a lot better prize then some rock fish for tacos. The picture of the cooked fish is making me very, very hungry. The on the water picture makes me very, very jealous.

What an awesome day with lots of friends, cool sights, and many fish.

Congrats on the nice fish, and thank you for the fresh WSB meat and recipe, I tried it on the grill and it was super delicious.

Plus that allowed me to give my rockfish and whitefish to the cooks at my mom's nursing home.
