All you guys with great Friday/Saturday reports...hats off to you. I got worked. What a week. Fished 4 days. No yellows. Went to Malibu Sunday, Leo Tuesday (missed Monday and Wednesday's bite that was wide open), LJ Friday and Saturday. I live in Ventura and put in the miles and the water time. About 60 hours and 700 miles with 4:15 wake ups.

I did all the right stuff. In the right places. I got to the zones a bit late from hard making bait. Hard making bait Friday. Little better Saturday. Bonito beat up 10 baits on Friday. I did get one. Then the dog took it off my game clip. Lesson learned. High expectations this week. Learned to lower them for sure. Saw many of the faces here on the water. This form is a great place with great people. I fished with TaggerMike Saturday. He was great, as well as LSmoot on Friday. Good time with them fishing.

0-4 so far. Can't let my obsession ruin a beautiful day. It's fishing not catching.
