lost paddle.

I could never figure out how you lose your paddle on a Hobie, until today. I lost my paddle while fighting a yellow tail in La Jolla. Did not notice paddle was gone until right before landing today.

Now i have to borrow one of the paddles from my old tandem until I find a better used paddle. I will definitely tether it to the kayak from now on.

The paddle I lost is black with hobie written on it (twice). You show up to la jolla on saturday, you might see a few of my paddles around.
