What happens when you mix Greeks and Asians?

You get:

Funny lookin' Greeks?

Funny lookin' Asians?

How about good looking Yellowtail Spring Rolls?

I love spring rolls. And I bet you do too. They're easy to make, and we've got
so many Asian markets locally, there's no excuse not to learn how to make 'em. My spring rolls have grilled yellowtail in them, but almost any fish will do.
Plus, I've included a dipping sauce that will blow your mind, taste buds and belly!!
It's a Honey-Chili-Rice-Wine-Vinegar-Sauce. So good, you might just drink the stuff and forget the spring rolls!! Enjoy!

Thanks fellas, don't forget to like us on Facebook. Yanni

Zed, you hit the nail on the head. I've got a Turkish last name
since I'm really an Ottoman Greek. Good Call!
