So that is what all the markers in the road were for on Saturday. The good news is that the fishing sucked outside there. Are they not allowing paddle craft to launch anywhere then?

I know that on 2 occasions, mid week, and no surf days, I launched at the bottom of the hill where the road starts paralleling the beach, in full view of the Rangers and I was not hassled about it.
