How come you would not just use the livewell tank already made ? Or even the bigger one that just came out?

I didnt know they have a bigger one. I have the original bait tank and there is no way i fit three in there. Theoretically there would be 5 between me and my partner so one of us would have 3 while the other has 2. Ill check out the bigger one

I am a fellow Chula Vistan and I fish with Taggermike also from CV. We need to get together and fish sometime. Otay has been a very tough go for me.

.....Or you can just make one from a kibble container for a fraction of the cost.

Yup. It's nicer unit and suppose to fit snug as well. Called Livewell XL.
I have seen one at launch custom made to fit the whole back of the PA using a tubberware container which was nice cause it was low profile and seemed to hold fish longer as more areas for them to swim around. |

I doubt you could fish tag team out of two separate yaks. You guys would be able to fish seperate areas from each other, no matter how slight the distance maybe, which no one else could possibly do, giving you an advantage. I grew up fishing tournaments and can almost promise it won't be allowed. However I could be wrong. Just get in contact with a local leage and ask, I'm sure you'll get your answer

True, but they do have the hotel special. I suppose if you have the $ it's a good deal. $269 for 2 nights, plus the entry fee. Probably the only tourney you will find where you can fish as a team though.
