Ensenada:Fishing Baja in the winter?

ill be spending 6 months in South of Ensenada by the peninsula. ive never fished down here but im looking forward to it. If anyone lives down here or is planning a trip i would love to join you. i can also accommodate a few people if you bring an air mattress or sleeping mat. im located about 15 mins from La Bufadora at the bottom of the hill. Thanks in advance!

Ive launched from La Bufa and La Joya a bunch of times. Dennis Spike wrote an article about Bufa a long time ago about how perfect and kayak friendly La Bufa is. Every time I was down there it was HUGE and not friendly at all. Sketchy actually w all the reef. My bad luck but be aware La Bufa is not always a La Jolla cakewalk.

Other than that dont forget the scampis. Lots of them. And 1-3oz heads.

Nice offer. May have to take you up on that offer as another place to explore.

I had just been looking into the possibility of going down there, possibly in early December. But then, I was thinking that I would need to recruit a partner, so as not to be alone in unfamiliar waters. Let's stay in touch as my schedule for December firms up.

I just sent an email to Linglifter to this effect, but I am hoping to go down, at least for a long day from SD, between now and when I'm back at work on 1/5.

I'm interested in fishing Lings around La Bufadora. I haven't been there before, so I'm not going solo.

PM me if you are interested...
