Who knows a local guy that has machined or has the capability of machining aluminum for casting custom lead heads? Thanks,

It won't pass. Not enough data and as long as sea lions are in the spot light, the hippies won't pay any mind to the Loons.:

You might try Sinner Brothers, http://www.sinnerbrothers.com/home
I've had them cast prop struts and other boat parts, don't know if they can make molds though.

Ive had a few custom molds machined- it is not cheap at all. Most molds that are custom are usually machined not cast. You can buy blank cast molds from Do-it and have them machined though. personally id rather have my mold machined form solid stock if im already paying that much.

Shawn Collins Custom molds always did good work but seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth shortly after I had my last mold done few years back.

Del and April over at DelMart Molds has been around doing tackle molds forever-they are awesome folks.

Bobstackleshack.com I believe is still around and doing this as well.

What kind of mold are you looking to have made?
