I'm glad you're catching fish but why throw them? Are they an invasive species? If not and you aren't going to eat them at least give them a decent release instead of feeding the birds.

The fish was released for not having legal measure,

Yes, it could have been more careful to return the fish to water, but you can be sure that none was eaten by seagulls, although they have tried
