Nph action

Decided to hit up nph for a quick morning sesh. Hit the waters around 745 with slight sprinkle and out of the water by 11. Fishing a 3" BH calico hunter and managed to land 1 spottie 3 sandies and a croaker. It's my personal best spottie 16-17"

Used lip gripper to take out the lure because it inhaled it. Couldn't even see the BH

Harbors suck. Open ocean is much more productive

I don't blame you man, I'll be honest. I have fished the open ocean too many times on a kayak. 90% have been with a friend

think the water has warmed up enough. had a friend out in PV today and he caught 8 legal calicos with over 50 shorts and cudas.

Nice fish. I don't know NPH very well. Where is a good place to launch from?
