It is posted for no SUP or floattube launching or landing. Pretty sure kayaks are still ok, I launch on sunday and had no issues.

I do know that they really get annoyed when yakkers park in the wharf parking lot and walk through the little opening in the wall to launch for free. I pay the $10 gladly to save on the paddle from baby beach. But I launched there two days ago with no worries. All they care about is their $10. They can pack more yakkers' vehicles in that lot than big space hogging vehicles with boat trailers... so the more the merrier.
