Hoping for some advice

Howdy All, I spend most of my time fishing the Central Coast area, but I have fished as far south as SD Bay. I will be spending a few days in Channel Islands and was wondering if any of you are familiar with fishing the harbor or the area around it. How's the boat traffic, any closures etc. I am not looking for exact spots or techniques, not my style. I am happy to share out on the water, but am cautious online. I really just want to steer clear of any issues.
If any of you are needing info now/later on Central Coast water or are looking for a fishing partner hit me up.
Thanks for any help your willing to share!
