When I was about ten years old I got my younger brother hooked in almost the same spot. closer to the nose. After my (old school) Dad got the hook out with his pliers he whooped my ass so bad I couldn't walk for a week.
Needles to say.....I ALWAYS look behind me when casting. This one looks like it might hurt a little. |

No blood, no swelling, possible that it was just a hook that did not have the bard and the guy is holding it there with his eyelid. Fake or real, that would hurt big time.
