Sand dabs are awesome dusted with flour and deep fried.

Just a bit embarassing when people peek into your cooler back on the beach though.

had to bump this

Ive got rockfish, octopus and yellowtail head and collar i just pulled from my freezer to thaw and had to go searching for this recipe. Amazing stuff
