Unless you fish with Matt you have no clue how much this stuff gets to his head. I didn't realize how this stuff made him feel until I noticed that all of the picture frames in his house do not contain pictures of his family, they contain quotes about his 'Eliteness' or about how was referred to as a 'Skipper'..........please make it stop.

Awesome story, great pictures. Congrats to the kid on his first yellow. I really feel like a loser now. He really has some something to show and tell at school now.

Wow! Congratulations to Brian's 1st yellowtail, and his 1st LJ launch, and congrats to you, too. Nice fish, and a great big smile from you both. Much to be happy for, for sure. Now your boy is hooked for life, a great hobby to have, indeed.

Nice! I've been doing mostly fishing with the little ones too--but we've only been going for 'little ones'! Truly impressive-- gonna have to get my daughter out to LJ for some YT! Reps with family are my fav!

You've RUINED that child! Instead of being a pastey white and fluffy indoor video gamer, the lad is now an outdoorsman!

Kayaking, fishing, surfing, freediving, hiking, camping....ach, the pain and suffering ahead.

LOL.

My son's outdoor career started when he caught a YFT at 5 years old. From then on it was all water, all the time. Thank god we live in OB and he could walk to the beach to satisfy his addiction while he was growing up. Today, 24 years later, he makes a generous living on the water and was able to buy a house....yep....near the water in OB.
