LJ 9/8

Here is the report as promised. Very ssssssslooooowww fishing today, got off the beach about 4:30 today to ankle slappers to 2'ers. Arrived at the squid grounds and saw 3-4 boaters and a doZen or so yakers. Squid was very tough to make in the dark, until grey light about 6:00 or so. Then the squid seemed to be pretty plentiful.

After filling the bait tank up with some with some really nice squid I Put the old dropper loop and carolina rig out. Instantly both rigs get attacked by macs and cudas, im thinkn this is going to be a tough day....

Ended up going 2 for 3 hookups, 1 blackseabass and 1 white seabass and 1 mysteryfish.

Oops am I holding this thing right?

Thats better!

Fish ended up going 40#s and some change....
Good Luck out there!

Tony

Tony doesn't yell, he screams, like a girl.

Greg, the last time that I saw you on that Parker in LJ I caught two WSB in 30min. Today you were on that Parker and Tony caught what appears to be the only wsb for miles. When is your next LJ trip on that Parker?

Congratulations on the nice catch. Everything right, everything in it's place, fish on deck. Gotta love it.

Beautiful WSB picture...

One fish made the day, and what a fish it was.

Congrats Tony, now you can wait another 10 years for your next one....
