Malibu Stealth 14???

Hey guy's looking at maybe picking up a Stealth 14 off a user here on BWE. Looking to see if anyone here has one? If so what are the Pro's and Con's? Is it stable? I usually fish the Kelp, Artificial reefs etc..

Currently I have a scrambler, so I know it would a upgrade no matter what! Just want to make sure it's the right upgrade.

Thanks

You would be happy with this upgrade, and from what you are paddling it would be more stable. I see guys standing in these things. I watch videos of a guy jumping on them. If you have the money to upgrade I would jump on it now and not let it wait too long.

I have a stealth 14 that I don't use too often. It is very stable. It is a blem but does not have any structural defects. I installed a rudder and a HB 385ci. It is plummed and I have two batteries in pelican cases.also have a brand new cart for it. I also have a 1st generation Outback make me an offer. Mike

I ride a Stealth 14

Pros:
Very stable
Bait tank in front
Able to stand in most conditions
Easy to reach hatches
Price

Cons:
Kinda slow
Front hatch takes some water in surf
Side hatches leak alittle
Front flush mount rod holders can be hard to reach

Overall I really like mine

Just sold my S14 and got a S12. As mentioned above the same from me. I hat that they put those front rod holders so far up. I am also looking to make a PVC setup to better use these holes.
