Drifting Kayak

Was out fishing yesterday morning and heard on channel 16 that a yellow tandem kayak was adrift off Point Loma without any passengers and had 2 oars on the yak. Has anyone heard what happened?

Might be a couple divers under the water hopefully that is all it was
