Dana Report 2/19/12

Hit the water at around 1030am...bounced up and down the jetty, then headed south to drift the capo beach fields...light bites on live baits, nothing legal...all bass...ran across two guys who came in from the barber poles...same thing...water temps....61.9 to 60.7... the swell was no factor...DP barge had Sardines...good size...trolled plastic and metal...to and fro....nada...

Going to hit it tomorrow weather permitting

Same story here in NP. Dead dead dead. One good strike ripped my baby mac in two but nothing after that.

I like how thi became a complete SoCal no fish report in one thread. Very efficient

Thanks for the report. You might want to try getting on the water at sunrise. With the exception of today, all this winter the bite has shut off around 9:00 or 10:00 for me.
