Have you lost weight while Kayaking? Do you need proof

So this is a picture when i did not know about fishing or kayaking.

The next picture is when i barely started kayak fishing

And this is me sporting my new barely opened tropos tectour jacket by kokatat.

Well assuming i get the meaning to your question>?

My answer is:

No I did not photocopy this to my unit, but i showed everyone my post.

And if there was a meaning to this post it would be...

Kayak fishing is good for your health because working with idiots can kill you.

So spread the word around, and buy your kayaks from OEX.

looking good frank, but the one with you holding the wsb made you look even slimmer than that kotak (or what ever that name is) jacket.
and matt is right if you catch more fish you wouldn't go hungry.

you eat less and burn more energy wich isnt always replenished by the right amount of calories out on the water causing your body to take what it needs from your "extra" muscle mass and use it. therefor. you lose weight.

Thumbs up

@ darknachos~ Are you doing any other kind of exercise regiment to go along with the yak fishing or is this souly from fishing. Your looking great bro! I'm a large mammal as well and since I started doing this about a month and a half ago I've been getting a lot of remarks from friends and family that they see a difference. I don't really see it but I do feel like I have more energy and my upper body is definately getting stronger. Its great when doing something you love has overall healthy side effects. My wife has always hated my fishing obsession but since I got my kayak she has been encouraging me to do it regularly and been very supportive. She said she has not only notice a physical change but that I'm happier and less stressed as well. Stoked.
Keep doing what your doing and before you know it you will have wasted hundreds of dollars on a kokatat jacket that you will have to replace with a smaller one
