We finally have a court date that could scuttle the MLPA. Sept 26.

A couple of points to note. Bureaucratic red tape means this volley will target the north coast. That Oct 1 start date breathing down our necks should be delayed one way or another. Expect our friends to file for an injunction.

PAL----I love you!!!!---another donation is on the way. For the North County guys all the areas you ask about fishing--Cardiff, Encinitas ect.. will all be closed Oct. 1 if this does not get stopped.

I made a Ltd. edition shirt just for this. I only made 30 of these shirts and there are only 7 left. All XXL's. When the last 7 are sold I'll be writing a check for $600 to the OAPF.

Hmm. Either we win in court or see LJ cut in half and encircled by red zones. The court date is the best news we've had since this rail-job started years ago. We battled HARD when they aimed to completely shut us down. Don't quit now that justice is in our grasp.
