That's a killer set up and would for sure be the end of my marriage if I pulled the trigger. I would love to jump on this but I just got a saltiga 2 speed, grafighter 700ml, a penn squall 12 on calstar 196.If you still got it maybe next month for My Wife's Birthday. Women always love gold.

I sold a similar combo instead of the 965 I had the 955.

I was trying to get $110 for the rod and $150 for the reel
Ended up selling the rod for $80 and the reel for $110
and just like your combo mine was also like new.
VERY VERY sweet set up though

Um thanks?...

This combo is worth every bit of my asking price. As far as how it compares to the teramars, I would say that this rod has a little more sensitivity than the teramar series. The crucial series is designed for freshwater bass fishing. They are very nice rods.
Thanks,
