Happy Father's Day to all of us.

Guys, be good dads. Feed your children a quality diet of fresh fish!

Lets go boys, post them up!

I took a walk with Mrs. along the path above the caves - this was mid-afternoon. Brought my camera to get a shot of all the dads out there on the water - only saw two yakkers with gear - but they were in the preserve - not sure what they were doing. I'll need to double check (and post) the photos. Also saw one cattle boat and a pb'r - I really expected to see a lot more yakkers out there - but didn't see anything at all past the kelp.

Tasty dinner after working all day. Bow tie pasta, ceaser salad, coconut shrimp, bread, and fresh grilled white seabass, little lemon pepper, olive oil and fresh chopped basil. Then we got crazy and had a Team Scrabble game with me and my daughter losing to my wife and son.

it's because all the dad's promised the family that they'll be back before noon.

THAT is a great way to finish the day. I'm jealous.
Did surf fishing on Sat. (still too sick for the yak) and cooked up on Sunday a yellowfin croaker I caught at the beach. Wife had to spit it out - too fishy.

This is what launch time looked like today at 3:30am, just add fishing gear to each kayak, and that should be about half of the people there this morning!
