kayak jig heads what do ya use

new to site, geting my tackle sorted out. started using kayak jig heads aka 3x 7/0 hook and 3/4oz weight for shallow water and big fish, whats your choice of Jig heads? here is a picture of one with traditional 5/0 hook 3/4 oz heads the bottom one is 7/0.

I checked them out thanks but the hook is a 2x mustad ultra point hook "had them bend before where we fish". Where we fish we use owner 3x because of the size of the fish, thanks any ways here are better pics of the 7/0 3x hook

forgot the picture sorry, and the one to the right is 5/0 3xstrong the bottom one is a 1 1/2oz 7/0 3x strong

what I looking for is a 7/0 3x owner hook in 1/2 or less, hard to find!!!!!!!!

nothings gonna bend that warbait hook, guys get hamachi on those things, plus they're weedless, u must be getting grander marlin or supercows where u fish

I got a few war baits. Going to try them out in the lakes in Dalles awhile im there for a month of work.

yup "supercows" aka cow stripers talked to the Mustad Rep at a fishing show he did say that he has been trying to get Mustad to upgrade the Ultra point hooks to 3x, there is hope.

I am a fishing guide on the East Coast, we fish for stripe bass in areas with current and we also run into "football, 100-200lb blue fin tuna' with in 1 mile from shore. Not trying to be pretentious but we could commiserate all day about bent hooks.
