All In 2011 Season
For the past 18 months I haven't had a chance to visit this little slice of heaven because I have been working 60 hour weeks and have had no life to speak of. Well after 18 months of hard work (and 5 weeks of vacation saved) I felt it was time to reward myself so I went out and purchased a new Chevy Colorado and a 3 year old Triumph 17cc with a 60hp Yamaha with 50 hours on it. I know this is a Kayak website but I have a few friends out there and hope to see you on the water soon (wake less of course). |

Beats the bath tub, that you used to kill fish in... That's a very nice upgrade...

Upgrade fo' sho'!!!
I don't think the dinghy had anything to do with you making friends in La Jolla, though. That's just because you're a cool guy, bro.
That said, the new boat might have acquaintances coming out of the woodwork in a hurry. Nice little ride! I can't wait to get towed up to Flat-Rock, again; let me know when you want to make a mess of that sparkling clean, deck.

[QUOTE=Jimmyz123;78527]A buddy of mine has a boat pretty much the same. They are nice, and smooth. Does it have the small bait tank ender the bow seat in front of the CC? My buddy and I were heading out one time and the secondary drain for that is into the boat itself. So you may want to consider a different type of bait tank. I think he installed one just behind the driver's seat.
Yeah I agree. I am getting her fitted with oval bait tank, VHF, GPS/FF, dual batteries and if there is any money left a custom lean post & folding t-top. May take me 3 months to finish but I have time... The 4-stroke engine will save on gas big time!! Last edited by Tandem Assassin; 03-15-2011 at 05:58 PM. |
