Cabrillo Hali

Been looking for one of these for a while..........

Sunday at Cabrillo with Tim, Greg, Erick.

Perfect weather, nice sardines from the barge.

We ended up dragging the bottom for a few short halis,a few sand bass. and my 30incher.

Thanks Erick for the photos. (The sunrise photo is a couple of weeks ago)

Matt

Caught many halis before. Got me a kayak and no more halis. Been on a mission to get the stink off!

Next mission: One of them WSB things.

Anyone know if they come into the sewers of Long Beach?

Try Point Fermin high spots and the rest of the Palos Verdes Penninsula. I 've caught short WSB in the Harbor(released), but no legals until outside the harbor and around the Penninsula.

That's good info. I've got a number of C's off point Ferman and you can catch them at various spots all the way around to Torrance beach.
