I unwind mine, let it hang out the back, being very careful not to get it caught in the rudder!

I'm pretty sure most guys in here pee sitting down ....using a gatorade bottle or similar.
I like to stand up and whip it out like WHAT!!!! but I guess that's why they don't let me fish in the bays anymore? In all reality it just depends, if you can't easily move around on your yak go with the waders that have a zipper and use the bottle, but if your comfortable poping up to your knees, then that is by far the most liberating experience. |

I knew that posting this was going to open a can of worms, and I'm being completely real on this. When I use to surf going Pee wasn't an issue, you just went when you had to go. Same with fishing on a boat, you just bring a cup, can, or bucket and go. Sitting in a Yak makes it a little challenging. I'm trying to decide on check waders of pants, and this could make that choice easier.
P.S. Watch out for the rudder. OUCH!! |

At first I thought, This question again?
then I read: Quote:

Made me laugh...hard As for peeing... I just pull down the waders and whip it out...(being careful if I am wearing those board shorts with damn the Velcro zipper) If I have a Gatorade bottle or empty coffee cup I use it If not, then just waterfall over the edge as best I can... I stole one of them pee pee-bottle thingys the last time I ended up in emergency it would be great, but just another thing to bring, so I don't Good luck out there

This is too funny...When I had the X-Factor I could definitely pee from the knee position. After getting the Revo I tried to get on my knee's and damn near tipped over. So, when fishing from the Revo, I scoot up to the pedals, pull the chonies to the side and pee in the well. Once I'm drained, I paddle around for a moment until it disperses (Premo, you still need my Revo for the Catalina trip?). On the Wilderness, I have to do the same thing as the Revo.
When its cold though, it makes it a little more difficult. Kind of the Seinfeld syndrome....cold water shrinkage. Therefore, ya have to stick a finger up your @#@ and holler snake, then grab it when it comes out! LMFAO

The Hobie's have a bidet so you could wash up afterwards.

I always get an energy drink, in a can, and end up having to use that to pee in. Be careful if going this route cause the opening is small and sharp. I had to sneeze mid-pee and ending up scratching my junk on the sharp opening of the can and pissed all over myself.
Gatorade bottle seems to be the best bet if you can't sling it over the side.
