Where to Rent a Kayak
My 14 year old son would like to fish La Jolla for a few days over spring break. I only have a single kayak. Where do you recommend is best to rent a kayak to have for a few days. Also, any suggestion on where to stay cheaply? Thinking Motel 6 prices, but close to La Jolla. Thank you. |

OEX fo'sho, but I don't think the yaks they have available at LJ are rigged up for fishing. I think that's due to lifeguard regs.

For Kayaks, OEX x3
http://book.bestwestern.com/bestwestern/selectHotel.do There is a Best Western just off Clairmont Dr. and I-5. Should not break the bank, I think 5 miles to La Jolla. 1/2 mile to Mission Bay. From $89.99 a night.
