Fishing fever part 3

Finally hooked up my first trophy and it feels great to get that first monster white sea bass on the kayak. This thing hit me like a freight train pulling me deep into the kelp. It got wrapped in deep kelp but my spectra line did the job! Credit goes to Josh who showed me the way.
Thanks for taking the picture rick hope you got your WSB today.

These fish don't come easy, and you put in alot of time and effort for great results. Way to go Gabe.

Good job Gabe.
The Pics make it look easy, but we all know that its not.

I get cut every time I touch the line, I need a pair of good gloves.

Thanks Billy. No its not easy and whats worse is not fishing for these monsters the right way. For years, I thought I knew what I was doing and never gave it a second thought. I am convinced that if Josh had not shown me the proper techniques, I would not have reached my ultimate goal to land one of these trophies. But I have to admit, one of the parts I like about this experience is the the sound the spectra line makes coming off the real. It is a beautiful Zip! Zip! Zip sound! Man i luv that sound!!!
