Kayak Questions?

Im in a Prowler 13 right now. looking to upgrade. What do you guys no about the built in bait tanks? How many mackerel do you you think it could hold? Is there a better survival rate with a add on bait tank?

Are there gana be any on display at the Fred hall boat show in Del mar? Im thinking that might be the time to buy.

If you are referring to the KayaTanks then the amount of water will depend on the Kayak Model. The Prowler tank runs about 4.3 gallons however the 13 tank is a somewhat interesting install due to the need to cut out that molded bucket in the center hatch.

The survival rate of the bait depends on a lot of factors. Water temp, condition of bait, how you handle it, how many baits per gallon, etc etc. The KayaTank soft tanks do however help the bait by giving them a soft surface to run into as opposed to hard plastic which bloodies their noses.

Come talk to me at the show, we will be there featuring Malibu, Ocean, and Wilderness boats and will have all the bait tank options there with us.
