If you want to make some sinkers

Just go to the steel and metal yard sales and look through there cut offs pile for scrap 1in round bar works good for deep ocean 4,6,8,10 oz what ever you want.

If you don't have a drill press

You can weld a washer on top to fasten to line.
And chop saw for the round bar
Cheap compared to buying lead but not if you don't have the tools available. A hand grinder with cut-off wheels will work alittle slow but better than a hack saw
