Unfortunately Makobob was rushed back to the states again with medical issues. I have not heard any update since he left on Saturday.

A bit out of he way but feel free to stop by Asuncion for free food and lodging on the way to or from Cabo

Nothing from him personally but did exchange messages with Professor Long Arms who along with his dad rushed him to the border where they were met by an ambulance. His condition at that time seemed to have improved from when he left Gonzaga but the EMTs were quite insistent that he be transported to the nearest hospital rather than taken home or to a hospital close to home. The ongoing fight of the infection on his foot appears to be the root cause.

Just spoke with Mako and he sounded good. The problem is the ongoing infection in his foot. He is in a hospital in El Centro where they are working on getting him cleaned up. We had to cut our call short as the nurse walked in so I will update when I talk to him next.

Thank you guys, back in Vista Knolls nursing home for a few weeks. A week ago in El Centro hospital they took my greater left toe. Yes RO BER TOE is now OCHO Toes. They cut out lots of BAD bone in the toe, back to behind the joint. So INFECTED bone should be gone and I just have to heal, still on antibiotics but this should be the last round. Not allowed to put weight of foot for 3-5 WEEKS but can then relearn balance. Hope to be back to makoville before the end of Feb. Thank you all for your good wishes and prayers. I can be reached at 760-520-2514.
