okay Iceman thank you another ? for you. Does it matter what trolling motor i get for my yak. its mostly saltwater use so would a minn kota work

I had a trolling motor for 2 years w/o c.f #. I launched in dp harbor often no one bothered me. I guess had I caused an incident while OTW , probably would get a ticket.
trolling motor seems nice... but wait til you get your braid wrapped around the prop in the middle of the ocean. |
