How's LJ?

Hey guys, it's been a few months since i have been OTW here in the states and this past week or two has been a wash out with the Storms, rip currents and surf!! Just wondering how the Jewel has been lately? I know advisories where supposed to be up till tomorrow & saturday.. Surfline has Scripps predicted at 5 feet today and tomorrow but right now it's at 1-2 foot, just flat and MSW has it predicted to be around half a foot @ 15 seconds at the shores on Saturday.. right now it's looking like the reports are a flop and it's going to be a decent weekend! Just looking for an *updated* conditions report or words of caution.. Itching to get out

Cheers!

I'll be heading out Saturday AM also. With the dominant summer swell coming out of the south at 180 degrees, I predict we will walk out past the break until knee deep, hop in, and go!

You and about 100 others and 200 private boaters, with the post of dorado caught off LJ! Every part time kayaker is gonna be out this weekend with the conditions being what they are.

That's why I will be fishing the SD bay and possibly hitting the PL kelp

You mean I don't have to peddle 10 miles out of dana to catch dodo anymore. LJ makes everything easy for us part-time kayakers sweet.
