friend was a no show at Dana Landing, so i ran back up to la jolla and threw the yak in the water by 6:10. real tiny launch.....and somehow i took the only 2 footer right in the face.

it was dead calm from the beach to the hotel, then it got a little windy and cold past there. Dropped some down low for nothing, didnt see anyone hook anything. Heard one guy talking about something he lost. pretty slow day.

only put in a few hours and headed for home.

about 12-15 yaks out. 4-5 pb'ers on the inside with us. and 3 sportboats.

had the same no luck on thurs too
launched the same time
i was in the green prowler w/ silver tacoma

i ended up staying out all day
was pretty nice
cept
when the dolphin buzzed me really close

mostly snagg city for me
tell i broke out the swim bait

guess i still need to learn
how to fish la jolla
