L.J. Launch

I see that they got the excavator out of the ditch they dug. Betting mother nature can fill that puppy up with this storm that is coming in. That will make it what? Mother nature 11, man 0.

I think they have more than proved it. The City of San Diego has no clue. Their planning and designs that were bad or can't match mother natures power, means the 4th time the street at the launch has been closed in 3 years. This time it doesn't look like it will be open in time for the summer crowds. The construction company doesn't care because it get payed every time. Kayakers, beach goers and taxpayers all loose.
