WOW...
WOW...that was some wild video...I just saw it on the news and you could see a few people on the deck of the boat as the wave caught it and sent it over, then into the pier where it broke-up...pretty dramatic footage!

pretty desperate bid to claw off the lee shore. nothing after the mast with the jib out of control. ouch. probably snapped the main halyard or lost a crucial line and had nothing left but to furl the main and hope the headsail could carry them home. it couldn't.
