Shimano Tallus for casting iron?

Wondering about the 8' Tallus bluewater casting rod. Rated for 40-80# braid. Anyone use this for throwing iron at all?

I have a couple Tallus rods, the 40-80 is a MH if I remember correctly, Might be a little soft tip for chucking the Irons. I use a Tarama 9' H for Irons.
