La Jolla 3/30?

Thinking about getting out early tomorrow. Never fished La Jolla before. Anyone else headed out tomorrow?

Just left Carlsbad and the ocean was plenty kicked up with lots of wind.

I checked the weather forecast. Looks good tomorrow. Will be launching around 6. Yellow outback if you want to join.

Tight lines to you. Onshore flow will probably still be pretty heavy in the morning, making for a rough paddle. Tide will be low-ish and falling at six AM. Not sure if you've been out recently, but there have been some very tricky sandbars built up all along the beach from Vallecitos St down to the boat launch. Little flip-your-ass-over waves have a habit of jumping up out of the darkness with the short period swell, especially right at the foot of Vallecitos.
