Yellowtail Problems? Try Poke!
Tamashori Fish Market for fresh poke (pronounced Po-Key). Poke is a salad that includes raw fish, and fresh veggies, usually with a background of asian flavors. I've married Mexico and Asia with this delicious yellowtail poke. This is a great introduction into the incredible world of poke. Give it a try with some yellowtail. https://youtu.be/D9lTC96hQVw For the full recipe http://bit.ly/1Sute4D Last edited by kayakfisherman; 03-29-2016 at 11:37 AM. |

Yanni keep posting videos. ..I've subbd. Discovery Channel should give you a show..you are like anthony boardain meets river monsters.
The catch videos you do prior to getting into the recipes are tops...Music isn't too overbearing and is mixed well where I feel like I'm out in the water. Love hearing that drag. I used to live in Hawaii as well and will definitely try this...love poke, edamame and beer. |
